Getting your purchase
to you
Delivery
No fuss. No bother. Delivery times can
vary according to your requirement. You can however rest assured that your
satisfaction is our number one priority. We always aim to deliver within 2
to 3 working days (subject to stock and availability). There are going to
be occasions when events beyond our control compromise our normally
efficient schedule. If delivery is
likely to take longer we will advise you at the time of order or as soon as
we become aware of any variation. Honesty is our policy. If things don't go
strictly to plan we will always make sure you are kept fully informed.
Delivery charges
There is a typical charge of £5.88 (or £11.75
for some larger items) for
delivery of most products to almost all of the mainland UK. Some awkward
items, goods that need special handling or deliveries to certain remote
mainland locations and offshore destinations may incur
additional costs. Should this be the case you will be advised before your
order is accepted.
Your receipt of purchase
When you purchase a product from us you will
receive a receipt itemising the goods, their cost, delivery charges and an
analysis of VAT charged. Your receipt is issued under separate cover and
will not usually accompany or arrive with the goods. When you receive your
receipt you should keep it in a safe place. It is your proof of purchase and
will be required should there be any issues with your purchase under
warranty.
Warranty
All goods sold within the UK benefit from a
minimum warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. Extended warranties,
when offered, are special arrangements made by manufacturers. Unless stated,
all products on this website benefit from the Statutory 1 year warranty.
In the event that you have a warranty issue
within the first year you should bring the matter to our attention. As your
supplier we will endeavour to have the matter dealt with in the most
expedient manner at our discretion. If you have an issue during an extended
warranty period (when applicable) we will always endeavour to help but you
should appreciate your cover is with the manufacturer or their agent.
